WHAT WE RESEARCH
Healthy Architecture & City’s lines of research include challenges to societal health, demographic change and well-being, as well as social changes and innovations, the economy and digital society.
These challenges are in keeping with the Strategic Action on Health, part of the National Plan of Scientific, Technical and Innovation Research.
Our research is aligned with the research on environment, health and neuro-degenerative illnesses, in conformity with the Sectorial Programme of the regional government of Andalusia within the Andalusian Research, Development and Innovation Plan 2020, with the general aim of juggling health and the ageing population, architecture and friendly environments.
Currently, we are working in close collaboration with the basic and applied neuroscience section of the PhD programme in Biomedicine, Translational Research and New Technologies at the University of Malaga Medicine Faculty.
