PhD Architect

Doctorate from the University of Seville with the thesis: “Architectural aspects of the Dockyards of Seville. Permanence and transformation.” Associate Lecturer in the Architectural Design Department at the University of Seville. Spokesperson on the Andalusian Museums Commission (1997-2004). Her knowledge transfer has been defined by different Urban and Regional Studies and Analyses, as well as Architectural Heritage Recovery studies and the development of her work as an architect, receiving different prizes in International and National Competitions, a finalist in the Extension and Renovation of the Prado Museum (Madrid) International Competition, 2nd place in the 2nd International Competition for the Planning of the Harbour (Malaga) and 1st place in the Intermodal Station of Baix de Llobregat (Barcelona) Competition, among others.

She has carried out projects and Rehabilitation work such as on the Royal Dockyards of Seville, or on the North Station of Valencia; new construction projects such as the Auditorium of Alcalá de Guadaíra; and landscape and regional projects such as Los Toruños Metropolitan Park (Cadiz Bay). Her work has been exhibited in various exhibitions and published in national and international journals such as Technology and Architecture, Arquitectura Viva (AV), TC Cuadernos and European Landscape Architecture among others.
