MADRID / February 27, 2025
Pablo J. Valero Flores, a researcher from the Healthy Architecture & City group at the University of Seville, participated in the technical debate on “Accessibility, a synonym for well-being,” organized in Madrid by ASEPAU, the Spanish Association of Universal Accessibility Professionals, and moderated by Nieves Peinado Margalef.
Following Pablo J. Valero’s introduction, there was a lively series of questions about the relationship between Accessibility and Autonomy, and the research we have been conducting on architecture and Alzheimer’s, sensory motivation, memories, and architectural elements that need to be incorporated into the environments used by this group of users.
ASEPAU Conversations is an activity aimed at promoting current knowledge about accessibility, as well as the exchange of different professional perspectives on the same topic.
