Meeting on char conversion applied to fluidized bed gasification of biomass and waste

Major EU specialists coming from prestigious research centers meet in Seville with the Bioenergy Group of the University of Seville (BEGUS). The meeting is focused on the development of predicting tool for describing the dynamic change in catalytic activity of ash particles during gasification of biomass char in fluidized bed. The overall work objective is to come up with a model tool to optimize large-scale gasifiers for the production of second-generation biofuels from biomass and waste.
