A total of 634 patients with EspAax and 35 with EspAax-nr belonging to the Atlas of Axial Spondyloarthritis in Spain were analyzed. Compared to patients with EspAax-r, those with EspAax-nr were more frequently female (48.6% vs 91.4%), with longer diagnostic delay (10.1 vs 8.5) and worse psychological health (7.5 vs 5.6). In addition, 20.0% of patients with EspAax-nr received biologics vs. 36.9% of patients with EspAax-r who received them.
