Daniel Rodríguez Ramírez

Daniel R. Ramirez was born in Spain in 1972. He received M. Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Engineering from University of Seville (Spain) in 1996 and 2002, respectively. From 1997 to 1999 he was research assistant of the Department of System Engineering and Automation. Since 1999, he has been Assistant Professor and Associate Professor in the same department. He has authored and co-authored more than 70 technical papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He has participated in several European Projects and his current research interests include model predictive control, optimization and soft computing techniques..
