Participation in the XLI National Congress of the Spanish Society of Pharmacology

From October 3-5, 2024, the XLI National Congress of the Spanish Society of Pharmacology was held in Palma de Mallorca. This event brought together a large number of pharmacologists and scientists to present their latest research in the field of Pharmacology.

The FARMOLAP group participated with an oral communication titled: “Chrysin glucoside derivatives attenuate oxidative stress and inflammation through activation of Keap1/Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway in human macrophages,” presented by Francisco Javier Ávila Román. Additionally, we participated with a poster titled: “Anti-atopic dermatitis effect of two semisynthetic flavonoids and their zinc coordination complexes via modulation of Nrf2/HO-1 antioxidant pathway in HaCaT keratinocytes,” presented by Elena Mª Talero Barrientos. We also presented another poster titled: “Natural Compounds Enhance Skin Photoprotection promoting antioxidants pathways,” presented by Sara García-Gil.
