Last February 25th, we held our 7th Webinar, titled “Stress-free nutrition during pregnancy. Myths out!”. The session was led by Sue Valcárcel, dietist and nutrition coach, and presented by our main researcher Emma Motrico.
The webinar began with a theoretical block focused on debunking widespread myths related to maternal nutrition, offering evidence-based information and practical advice to help women experience pregnancy in a healthier and more confident way. Special attention was given to reducing fears and stress around food, promoting a balanced and flexible approach adapted to the needs of each stage.
Following the theoretical content, the session moved on to a more practical perspective, where real-life recommendations and easy-to-apply strategies for everyday meals were shared, helping women translate knowledge into their daily routines. The participants were able to clear out their doubts related to the topic during the Q&A session.
