For each device you will find two different options:
- Check availability: you will see a complete agenda for it. This information is opened to all users and you do not need to be log into any google account to see the availability of the device.
- Booking: Only authorised users can book the devices. Please, ask to your supervisor to get access or send an e-mail to the admin. Remember that you need to be logged into a google account for booking any device.
Please, book the device if you have the certainty that you will use it. If you finally are not using it, unlock ASAP. A single user cannot book a device more than two days/week. If you need to do it, contact to the other users.
Once you get access, please include this information in your booking:
- User name
- Supervisor
- Specific comments (i.e. bottles used in the freeze drier, mould temperature, etc.)
