The Brain Wellness Club

Brain WELLNESS CLUB

The Brain Wellness Club is an outreach activity promoted by the University of Seville, aimed at transferring research knowledge. We disseminate scientific information about strategies and treatments for preventing or addressing issues related to mental health and brain injury.

Annually, as part of Brain Awareness Week, the Wellness Neuroscience Group-CTS1129 organizes a series of activities at the Faculty of Psychology (University of Seville). These activities promote and disseminate neuroscience-backed strategies for the prevention, promotion, and comprehensive treatment of health.

The aim is to share knowledge about evidence-based approaches designed to improve the quality of life across various population groups, whether they are looking to maintain healthy balance, are affected by neuro-oncological conditions, or have neurological and/or mental disorders such as anxiety or stress.
