The new academic year 2023/2024 kicks off with a special event: the Inaugural Seminar of the PhD programme in Architecture, organized by IUACC, the PhD course, and the TEP107: Structures and Geotechnics Research Group. This seminar marks the beginning of an exciting and enriching journey for doctoral students, bringing together knowledge, innovation, and research excellence.

This year, we are honored to host a group of distinguished researchers from Italy, who will share their expertise and insights into architecture and related disciplines. The seminar will feature keynote presentations by:

• Prof. Francesco Defilippis from Politecnico di Bari

• Prof. Serena Cattari from Università degli Studi di Genova

• Prof. Marco Tanganelli from Università degli Studi di Firenze

• Dr. Vieri Cardinali from Università degli Studi di Firenze
