Welcome to the TEP107 lab
The TEP-107: Structures and Geotechnics research group is based at the Higher Technical School of Architecture of the University of Seville, Spain. Our interdisciplinary team conducts advanced research in the fields of structural engineering, geotechnics, and their intersection with architectural heritage, focusing on both theoretical development and real-world applications.
Our laboratory is open to researchers from other countries that want to work together projects or grant applications. Research visits or Ph. D. students to work in fields related to our research are welcome.

Visits to the Giralda of Sevilla
On March 28 and 29, measurements of the natural frequency of the Giralda were conducted. A series of measurement points were established using accelerometers and triaxial seismographs. This parameter’s value

Upcoming dissemination activities
A virtual workshop will be held for international researchers and a training session will be organized for professionals to present and discuss the project results. Date: To be determined.

Thermographic Study
A thermographic study of the building envelope has been conducted. Both interior and exterior elements were inspected to obtain values in accordance with the UNE-EN 13187:1998 standard. This standard specifies
