{"id":921,"date":"2026-06-29T08:31:50","date_gmt":"2026-06-29T06:31:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupo.us.es\/transadultez\/?p=921"},"modified":"2026-07-14T11:17:47","modified_gmt":"2026-07-14T09:17:47","slug":"participation-in-the-international-conference-emerging-adults-on-the-road-to-maturity-ea2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupo.us.es\/transadultez\/en\/participation-in-the-international-conference-emerging-adults-on-the-road-to-maturity-ea2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Participation in the International Conference Emerging Adults on the Road to Maturity (EA2026)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <strong>Transition to Adulthood in Spain (TAE)<\/strong> research team will take part in the international conference <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssea.org\/conferences\/poznan-poland-2026\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.ssea.org\/conferences\/poznan-poland-2026\/\">EA2026 \u2013 <\/a><\/strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssea.org\/conferences\/poznan-poland-2026\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.ssea.org\/conferences\/poznan-poland-2026\/\"><strong>Emerging Adults on the Road to Maturity<\/strong><\/a><\/em>, organized by the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssea.org\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.ssea.org\/\">Society for the Study of Emerging Adulthood<\/a><\/em>. The event will be held in <strong>Poznan (Poland)<\/strong> from <strong>29 June to 1 July 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This conference is a key forum for advancing research on <strong>Emerging Adulthood<\/strong>, a developmental stage that has gained increasing relevance in industrialized societies due to the postponement of traditional adult roles and the profound socio\u2011historical changes shaping the lives of young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contributions from the TAE Team<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Three researchers from our project will represent the team with scientific contributions addressing psychosocial development, family support, and adaptation during emerging adulthood:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inmaculada S\u00e1nchez Queija<\/strong> will present the poster: <em>\u201cLongitudinal Change of Self-Perceived Employability Throughout Emerging Adulthood.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c1gueda Parra Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong> will participate in a symposium with the presentation: <em>\u201cThe Lasting Impact of Family Social Support.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mar\u00eda del Carmen Garc\u00eda Mendoza<\/strong> will contribute to another symposium with the presentation: <em>\u201cGrowing Apart or Growing Together? Family and Flourishing in Emerging Adulthood: A Longitudinal Analysis of Spanish University Students.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation in EA2026 reinforces the project\u2019s commitment to <strong>rigorous research<\/strong>, <strong>knowledge dissemination<\/strong>, and the study of factors that promote <strong>psychosocial adjustment<\/strong> and <strong>well\u2011being<\/strong> among young people as they navigate the transition to adulthood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><small>The Transition to Adulthood in Spain (TAE) Project relies on the joint institutional collaboration of researchers from the Universidad de Sevilla, the Escuela Universitaria de Osuna (an affiliated center of the Universidad de Sevilla), and the Universidad del Pa\u00eds Vasco\/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea.<\/small><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><small>Proyect PID2024-155825NB-I00 financed by MICIU\/AEI\/10.13039\/501100011033\/FEDER, UE<\/small><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Transition to Adulthood in Spain (TAE) research team will take part in the international conference EA2026 \u2013 Emerging Adults on the Road to Maturity, organized by the Society for the Study of Emerging Adulthood.
