Dr. Rafael Triguero-Sánchez has a PhD. in Business Administration. He is a senior researcher of the Department of Management and Marketing of the Universidad de Sevilla. Rafael is a business consultant of many Spanish SMEs about HRM topics. His research subjects are HRM and general management.  He has published in journals such as International Journal of Manpower; European Research on Management and Business Economics; Journal of Economics and Administrative Sciences, among others. Furthermore, he is an influential author of a text-book of HRM for managers of Spanish talking.
