II Seminario de Investigaci\u00f3n en Vivienda, Arquitectura, Rehabilitaci\u00f3n y Patrimonio Arquitect\u00f3nico<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On November 21, 2024<\/strong>, a seminar took place in Sevilla<\/strong>, where a presentation and poster session were dedicated to exploring the implications of mitigating climate change and energy poverty<\/strong> through a new adaptive comfort model<\/strong> for social housing<\/strong>. The focus was on how this innovative model can address the challenges of energy efficiency<\/strong> in low-income housing while simultaneously tackling energy poverty. The research examined the integration of adaptive strategies that aim to reduce energy consumption and improve the overall comfort and sustainability of social housing, taking into account both climate factors and the socio-economic context of the residents. This work contributes to ongoing discussions on sustainable housing solutions and their potential to drive both climate action<\/strong> and social equity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n
