MadresUP, in synergy with the project “Empowering resilient motherhood among African migrant women settled in Seville” (funded by the Development Cooperation Office of the University of Seville), launches an informative brochure that collects narratives of migrant mothers of African origin residing in two shelters of the Spanish Red Cross.
These narratives have been collected within the first phase of MadresUP, where we approached the strengths and challenges faced by migrant mothers of African origin during the exercise of motherhood, in order to co-design with them a community intervention project that fits their needs and promotes their psychosocial well-being.
