On 20 November, we were pleased to receive the visit of PhD. Juan Carlos Aceros, Coordinator of the PhD in Social Sciences at the Universidad Industrial de Santander (Colombia).
During his visit, He shared with the MadresUP team her experience of social research with migrant workers and other participatory processes with vulnerable populations, providing valuable insights that enrich the process of co-designing the interventions proposed for MadresUP. His human rights-based approach and community-based approach reinforce our commitment to social justice and the well-being of migrant mothers.
It was a very enriching space that allowed us to exchange ideas of value for MadresUP, as well as to strengthen the links between our institutions. We deeply appreciate your visit!
