Sientific Seminar by Dr. Maria Laura Mascotti (CONICET Argentine)
 

 In the framework of NET4FLOW (MSCA-SE project), and as part of EVOLVE-PROGRAMME.EU, Dr. Maria Laura Mascotti is giving a scientific seminar, “Exploring enzyme functionality through a historical perspective” on the emergence and evolution of enzymes involved in aerobic metabolism and bioenergetics. She is sharing her recent work on the evolution of electron transport chain proteins, and discussing how evolutionary approaches can provide insight into membrane dynamics during the early stages of eukaryotic evolution. This initiative aims to strengthen research collaboration and disseminate main scientific developments.
