Pablo Guti\u00e9rrez Gonz\u00e1lez es Profesor Ayudante Doctor en el Departamento de Econom\u00eda e Historia econ\u00f3mica de la Universidad de Sevilla.<\/p>\n

Sus investigaciones se han centrado en el desarrollo hist\u00f3rico del sector asegurador en Espa\u00f1a y el estudio de sus pr\u00e1cticas financieras y, m\u00e1s recientemente, en el an\u00e1lisis del mercado de trabajo y la influencia de las instituciones que lo regulan utilizando herramientas microeconom\u00e9tricas. Actualmente, su investigaci\u00f3n se desarrolla en dos v\u00edas: la estructura y remuneraci\u00f3n de la mano de obra industrial durante la dictadura franquista, su contribuci\u00f3n al crecimiento econ\u00f3mico durante el desarrollismo y su impacto en la evoluci\u00f3n de la desigualdad salarial; y, conjuntamente con Marcial S\u00e1nchez-Mosquera, estudia el papel de los sindicatos y organizaciones patronales en el funcionamiento de los mercados de trabajo de las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n

Ha publicado los resultados de su investigaci\u00f3n en la Serie Roja <\/i>de Estudios de Historia Econ\u00f3mica del Banco de Espa\u00f1a, en trabajos separados en revistas cient\u00edficas como Enterprise and Society, Business History<\/i>, The Economic History Review<\/i> y la Revista de Historia Industrial<\/i> y en cap\u00edtulos de libro en obras colectivas editadas por Marcial Pons, Peter Lang y Palgrave.<\/p>\n
