A large percentage had university studies, were disabled and members of a patient association. Patients reported a\u00a0diagnostic delay\u00a0of 8.5 years, high\u00a0disease activity\u00a0(BASDAI 5.5\u00a0\u00b1\u00a02.2), moderate-important stiffness (61.0%), medium-high functional limitation (74.9%), and psychological distress (GHQ 5.7\u00a0\u00b1\u00a04.5).
