The event is part of the GreenAndCITIES excellence project (<strong>PROYEXCEL_00566<\/strong>), funded by the Andalusian Regional Government\u2019s Ministry of University, Research and Innovation, which focuses on studying the distribution of greenery in neighborhoods of Andalusian cities and its impact on wellbeing and phenomena such as heat islands.<\/p>\n<p class=\"elementToProof\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The symposium will bring together international experts such as\u00a0<b>Dr Kevin Credit<\/b>\u00a0(Maynooth University, Ireland),\u00a0<b>Dr Carmen Anthonj<\/b>\u00a0(University of Twente, Netherlands),\u00a0<b>Dr S. M. Labib<\/b>\u00a0(Utrecht University, Netherlands) and\u00a0<b>Dr Anna Bornioli<\/b>\u00a0(ISGlobal, Barcelona). It will also be attended by the highest representatives of the City Council of Seville in the areas of social welfare and parks and gardens, as well as representatives of an organisation that works with the most vulnerable people.<\/p>\n<p class=\"elementToProof\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event will take place in <strong>Seville<\/strong> <span dir=\"ltr\">on Thursday, <strong>December 11<\/strong> (16:00\u201319:00<\/span>) and <span dir=\"ltr\">Friday, <strong>December 12<\/strong>, 2025 (10:30\u201314:30<\/span>), with catering service. The format will be hybrid, with simultaneous <strong>Spanish\u2013English<\/strong> translation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Venue<\/strong>:<span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\"> Ibiza Room.
