Es una conclusi\u00f3n del equipo de investigaci\u00f3n \u2018Healthy Architecture &amp; City\u2019 (ETSA) con el que colabora la <strong><a class=\"YYDYAPmgJNiHoOtGRjnLDnVQkrxYpXVJuwxY \" href=\"https:\/\/www.confeafa.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">Confederaci\u00f3n Andaluza de Alzheimer (ConFEAFA)<\/a><\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de un convenio con la <a class=\"YYDYAPmgJNiHoOtGRjnLDnVQkrxYpXVJuwxY \" href=\"https:\/\/www.us.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\"><strong>Universidad de Sevilla<\/strong><\/a>. Seg\u00fan el <a class=\"YYDYAPmgJNiHoOtGRjnLDnVQkrxYpXVJuwxY \" href=\"https:\/\/www.cscae.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\"><strong>Consejo Superior de Colegios de Arquitectos de Espa\u00f1a<\/strong><\/a>, hay 26 millones de viviendas en el pa\u00eds, de las cuales solo el 0,6% del parque total de viviendas (unas 154.800 viviendas) son accesibles.
