Considerada la epidemia del siglo XXI, a nivel mundial, la cifra asciende a 44 millones de personas con demencia. Cuando el Alzheimer irrumpe en un hogar, trastoca la vida diaria de sus habitantes, transformando radicalmente su relaci\u00f3n con el espacio. Ante este panorama, surge la pregunta: \u00bfqu\u00e9 puede aportar la arquitectura para minimizar el impacto de esta enfermedad? El grupo de investigaci\u00f3n <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/grupo.us.es\/hac\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Healthy Architecture &amp; City (HAC)<\/a><\/strong>de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/etsa.us.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Escuela T\u00e9cnica Superior de Arquitectura<\/a><\/strong> de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.us.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universidad de Sevilla<\/a><\/strong>, ha abordado esta cuesti\u00f3n en una tesis doctoral pionera. Amparada por el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uma.es\/doctorado-biomedicina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Programa de Doctorado en Biomedicina, Investigaci\u00f3n Traslacional y Nuevas Tecnolog\u00edas en Salud<\/a><\/strong>de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uma.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universidad de M\u00e1laga<\/a><\/strong>, esta investigaci\u00f3n constituye un hito al aunar por primera vez la metodolog\u00eda m\u00e9dica con la arquitect\u00f3nica. El objetivo central: definir c\u00f3mo la arquitectura debe adaptarse a las necesidades de quienes viven con la ausencia de memoria.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canalsurmas.es\/videos\/category\/5514-tesis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>TESIS\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>es un programa divulgativo cuyo principal objetivo es acercar a la audiencia el trabajo e investigaci\u00f3n que se realiza en las universidades andaluzas.
