\"\"<\/strong>Professor and researcher of the HAC group, Thilo Gumbsch<\/strong><\/a> participates in the HABITAT Project<\/strong>, rethinking the design of living spaces: the interplay between the impact of culture and climate on architecture<\/strong>, as part of the BWS plus-Projekt<\/strong><\/a> within the framework of Baden -W\u00fcrttemberg Stipendium of the Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg Stiftung. From November 23 to 25, a meeting was held in Konstanz (Germany) in which this member of the Healthy Architecture & City research group<\/a> gave a conference.<\/p>\n

The HABITAT Project<\/strong> addresses the global challenge of the climate crisis in the context of culture and architecture. The intercultural discourse between architecture students from different European and Latin American architecture faculties is central to the project. In a common exchange, habitat will be reflected upon different cultural perspectives and under different climatic conditions. A methodical examination of traditional building methods and traditional building typologies forms the basis and foundation for developing sustainable, high-quality living spaces. HABITAT<\/strong> opens up innovative solutions for living and housing concepts of the 21st century.<\/p>\n

HABITAT, Lebensr\u00e4ume im Spannungsfeld von Kultur: Architektur : Klima<\/strong><\/span>
\n_Klima und Kultur als Entwurfsfaktoren in der Architektur<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Das Projekt HABITAT<\/strong> stellt sich der globalen Herausforderung der Klimakrise im Kontext von Kultur und Architektur. Zentral ist dabei der interkulturelle Diskurs zwischen Architekturstudierenden verschiedener europ\u00e4ischer und lateinamerikanischer Architekturfakult\u00e4ten. Im gemeinsamen Austausch wird Lebens-raum aus unterschiedlichen kulturellen Perspektiven und klimatischen Bedingungen reflektiert. Dabei bildet eine methodische Auseinandersetzung mit traditionellen Bauweisen und tradierten Bautypologien die Grundlage und Fundament, um zukunftsf\u00e4hige, qualit\u00e4tsvolle Lebensr\u00e4ume zu entwickeln. HABITAT<\/strong> er\u00f6ffnet innovative L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Lebens- und Wohnvorstellungen des 21. Jahrhunderts.<\/p>\n
