Architect, researcher, and PhD <a href=\"https:\/\/grupo.us.es\/hac\/en\/about-us\/pablo-valero-flores\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b data-path-to-node=\"0\" data-index-in-node=\"278\">Pablo J. Valero Flores<\/b><\/a> represented the group within a highly specialised panel of experts. During the round table <b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"23\">\u201cNeurosciences applied to architecture and cognitive accessibility\u201d<\/b>, Valero Flores shared the latest breakthroughs achieved within the <b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"158\"><a href=\"https:\/\/grupo.us.es\/hac\/en\/proyecto-vivalz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VIVAlz research projec<\/a>t<\/b>, an initiative funded by the Regional Ministry of Public Works, Spatial Planning and Housing (<i data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"276\">Consejer\u00eda de Fomento, Articulaci\u00f3n del Territorio y Vivienda<\/i>) of the Regional Government of Andalusia (<i data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"380\">Junta de Andaluc\u00eda<\/i>).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\"><\/h3>\n<h4 data-path-to-node=\"7\">Evidencia cient\u00edfica para el bienestar y la inclusi\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">El panel de expertos se centr\u00f3 en analizar c\u00f3mo los descubrimientos en neurociencia est\u00e1n transformando el dise\u00f1o de los espacios construidos para favorecer la salud y la inclusi\u00f3n. Durante la sesi\u00f3n, se desglosaron diversos criterios de dise\u00f1o basados en la evidencia cient\u00edfica y directamente relacionados con la percepci\u00f3n espacial, la orientaci\u00f3n, el confort y la accesibilidad cognitiva.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Asimismo, se presentaron ejemplos pr\u00e1cticos de aplicaci\u00f3n en entornos arquitect\u00f3nicos destinados a colectivos vulnerables, demostrando que la arquitectura puede actuar de forma preventiva y terap\u00e9utica.
