Ha estado contratado como t\u00e9cnico de apoyo y gesti\u00f3n de la I+D+i dentro del proyecto: \u201cAn\u00e1lisis de las negociaciones informales y sus consecuencias para la organizaci\u00f3n y los trabajadores. Generando valor en las relaciones laborales en las PYMEs\u201d. Actualmente, es investigador predoctoral gracias a un contrato FPU en el departamento de Psicolog\u00eda Social de la Universidad de Sevilla. Realiza su tesis doctoral en el programa interuniversitario de Psicolog\u00eda de los Recursos Humanos (Universidad de Sevilla y Universidad de Valencia).<\/p><p>Su trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n se centra en los procesos de negociaci\u00f3n de acuerdos particulares sobre condiciones laborales entre trabajadores y directivos (i-deals) en PYMEs, con especial inter\u00e9s en las necesidades de trabajadores demogr\u00e1ficamente diversos (p.ej. personal con discapacidad y\/o con edad avanzada). Como parte de su investigaci\u00f3n, ha analizado las din\u00e1micas de poder e influencia en la negociaci\u00f3n de i-deals en PYMEs andaluzas, identificando posibles diferencias de g\u00e9nero.<\/p><p>Actualmente, ha publicado 1 art\u00edculo de investigaci\u00f3n en una revista cient\u00edfica con alto impacto en JCR (Q2, 2021).
