In\u00e9s Mart\u00ednez Corts es licenciada en Psicolog\u00eda, M\u00e1ster en Direcci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos por la Universidad de Sevilla. Desarroll\u00f3 su doctorado en la Universidad de Sevilla (Espa\u00f1a) (galardonada con el premio a la mejor tesis doctoral en ciencias sociales del a\u00f1o 2003 (Premio Extraordinario de Doctorado). Su experiencia docente e investigadora se ha desarrollado en tres Universidades diferentes (CEU San Pablo, Universidad Pablo de Olavide y Universidad de Sevilla). Actualmente es profesora titular en el Departamento de Psicolog\u00eda Social de la Universidad de Sevilla. Ha sido investigadora en seis proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n I+D consecutivos financiados por el Ministerio de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda de Espa\u00f1a y la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda. Ha sido investigadora principal en dos proyectos sobre conciliaci\u00f3n de la vida laboral y familiar financiados por organismos p\u00fablicos y privados respectivamente. Los resultados han sido difundidos en m\u00e1s de 40 conferencias internacionales relevantes en el campo organizadas por asociaciones internacionales (e.g.EAWOP, EAHOP, IACM) de las que es miembro desde hace m\u00e1s de 5 a\u00f1os. Es autora de 4 libros, 8 cap\u00edtulos de libros (5 de ellos en editoriales internacionales relevantes y coordinados por investigadores internacionales top-ten de EE.UU., Reino Unido y B\u00e9lgica; 3 de ellos en colaboraci\u00f3n con investigadores<\/p><p>internacionales) y 16 art\u00edculos en revistas cient\u00edficas nacionales e internacionales (13 art\u00edculos publicados en revistas indexadas seg\u00fan un \u00edndice de calidad relativo (WoS, Scopus). Ha sido invitada como experta en g\u00e9nero, conciliaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de recursos humanos en 20 conferencias en universidades, organizaciones representativas y asociaciones profesionales. In\u00e9s ha sido invitada a tres universidades internacionales (Anglia Rusking University, Reino Unido; Middlesex University, Reino Unido; Halmstad University , Suecia) donde ha podido construir una amplia red de investigaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n colabora con la Universidad de Coventry (Reino Unido) en un proyecto docente internacional (Proyecto OIL <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coventry.ac.uk\/study-at-coventry\/centre-for-global-engagement\/online-%20interactive-learning-oil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.coventry.ac.uk\/study-at-coventry\/centre-for-global-engagement\/online- interactive-learning-oil\/<\/a>). Es coordinadora acad\u00e9mica del M\u00e1ster en Psicolog\u00eda del Trabajo y de las Organizaciones (WOP) de la Universidad de Sevilla, del Doble Grado entre la US y la Universidad de Maastricht en WOP y del Doble Grado entre la US y la Universidad de Florencia en WOP. Es tutora del Programa de Doctorado Interuniversitario en Psicolog\u00eda de los Recursos Humanos (Universidad de Valencia y Universidad de Sevilla). Ha sido asesora de la Agencia Nacional de Evaluaci\u00f3n y Prospectiva, ha sido revisora de relevantes revistas internacionales (Happines Studies, Current Psychology, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology: An international review; Community Work and Family, Journal of Work and Organization, Frontiers in Psychology).
