Titular<\/strong><\/p><p>Donatella Di Marco es profesora Titular del Departamento de Psicolog\u00eda Social de la Universidad de Sevilla. Tras obtener el t\u00edtulo de doctorado en Psicolog\u00eda de los Recursos Humanos en la Universidad de Sevilla, ha disfrutado de contratos postdoctorales en la escuela de negocios ISCTE-IUL (Portugal) y en la Universidad T\u00e9cnica Particular de Loja (Ecuador). Tambi\u00e9n ha realizado estancias de investigaci\u00f3n en la Alliance Manchester Business School (Reino Unido).<\/p><p>Su investigaci\u00f3n se centra en la diversidad en el trabajo, haciendo particular hincapi\u00e9 en la experiencia de las personas lesbianas, gay, bisexuales y trans (LGBT). En concreto, su trabajo explora c\u00f3mo las din\u00e1micas interpersonales y la discriminaci\u00f3n moderna afectan al manejo de la identidad sexual y de g\u00e9nero en el trabajo, as\u00ed como al bienestar de las personas LGBT. Adem\u00e1s, investiga c\u00f3mo las organizaciones pueden fomentar entornos inclusivos y saludables a trav\u00e9s de la implementaci\u00f3n de buenas pr\u00e1cticas.
