Su investigaci\u00f3n se centra en el \u00e1rena de inclusi\u00f3n de la diversidad en las organizaciones. Ha publicado 1 gu\u00eda, 2 cap\u00edtulos de libro y 4 art\u00edculos, tres de ellos en revista de alto impacto.
