Realiz\u00f3 sus estudios de doctorado en la Universidad de Valencia como Becaria FPI dentro de la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n en Psicolog\u00eda de las Organizaciones y del Trabajo.<\/strong><\/p><p>Premio extraordinario de doctorado por la UV, se ha focalizado en la labor investigadora afianzada al obtener una plaza de funcionaria de carrera como T\u00e9cnico Superior Especialista de OPIS en el Centro de Investigaciones Energ\u00e9ticas Medioambientales y Tecnol\u00f3gicas (Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Competitividad) y que contin\u00faa en la actualidad en el Grupo de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo de los Recursos Humanos y Organizaciones (PAIDI HUM-568) de la Universidad de Sevilla.<\/p><p>Ha participado en diversos proyectos obtenidos en convocatorias p\u00fablicas as\u00ed como en distintos contratos de investigaci\u00f3n. Su investigaci\u00f3n ha estado centrada principalmente en el estudio de las emociones, la eficacia de los equipos de trabajo que trabajan en entornos virtuales y presenciales, y en la inclusi\u00f3n laboral de colectivos vulnerables.<\/p><p>Ha publicado sus resultados de investigaci\u00f3n en revistas cient\u00edficas con revisi\u00f3n an\u00f3nima y de amplia difusi\u00f3n. Ha realizado estancias de investigaci\u00f3n en King\u2019s College of London y Aston Business School of London.<\/p><p>Por \u00faltimo, ha desarrollado labores de gesti\u00f3n como coordinadora del Programa de Doctorado en Recursos Humanos de la Universidad de Sevilla, y presidenta de la comisi\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica, y como miembro de la comisi\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica de la primera Escuela de Doctorado Tordesillas en Psicolog\u00eda de las Organizaciones, del Trabajo y los Recursos Humanos.<\/p><p>Ha sido coordinadora del Master en Gesti\u00f3n y Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos de la Universidad de Sevilla. Actualmente, es coordinadora del Programa de Doctorado en Psicolog\u00eda de los Recursos Humanos (Universidad de Valencia-Universidad de Sevilla).<\/p><p>Asimismo, es member-at-large del Board of Directors de la International Association of Applied Psychology.
