Patricia Elgoibar es profesora lectora del departamento de Empresa de la Universidad de Barcelona. Anteriormente, ha trabajado como profesora de negociaci\u00f3n y directora acad\u00e9mica del MSc in International Business Negotiation en el IESEG School of Management (Francia). Patricia desarroll\u00f3 su doctorado en la KU Leuven (B\u00e9lgica) y en la Universidad de Sevilla (Espa\u00f1a) por el que fue galardonada con el premio a la mejor tesis doctoral en ciencias sociales del a\u00f1o 2013 (Premio Extraordinario de Doctorado en Ciencias Sociales).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como investigadora, Patricia tiene reconocido un sexenio de investigaci\u00f3n. Ha publicado 3 libros internacionales como coeditora: &#8220;Building trust and constructive conflict behavior in organizations&#8221; Springer International, 2016; &#8220;Promoting social dialogue in European organizations. Human Resources management and constructive conflict behavior&#8221; Springer International, 2015; y &#8220;Ten steps for empowering worker representatives in the new European industrial relations&#8221; McGraw Hill, 2012. As\u00ed como m\u00e1s de 15 cap\u00edtulos de libros en editoriales de alto rango (McGraw Hill, Springer International y Oxford University Press) y diversos art\u00edculos en revistas de rango JCR y SCOPUS. Patricia tambi\u00e9n ha presentado su investigaci\u00f3n en m\u00e1s de 25 conferencias internacionales y es cofundadora y miembro de la junta directiva de la European Continuous Conference on Collaborative Conflict (E4C).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a sus proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n, ha estado en el equipo de coordinaci\u00f3n del proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n europeo financiado por la Comisi\u00f3n Europea desde 2010 hasta 2016: &#8220;Nuevas relaciones industriales europeas (NEIRE)&#8221;.
