Titular de Universidad en el Departamento de Psicolog\u00eda Social de la Universidad de Sevilla y responsable del Grupo de Investigaci\u00f3n INDRHO (HUM-568).<\/strong><\/p><p>La Dra. Arenas ha liderado en los \u00faltimos diez a\u00f1os la l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n \u2018Organizaciones Saludables\u2019 en el Grupo INDRHO (Grupo PAIDI HUM-568 de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos y Organizaciones) adscrito a la Facultad de Psicolog\u00eda de la Universidad de Sevilla.<\/p><p>En esta l\u00ednea se analizan los aspectos psicol\u00f3gicos, sociales y organizacionales relacionados con la protecci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n frente a los riesgos inherentes al trabajo, la implementaci\u00f3n de medidas de estudio y diagn\u00f3stico y el desarrollo de programas de mejora continua en la gesti\u00f3n de riesgos laborales que fomenten una cultura preventiva en las empresas.<\/p><p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se han desarrollado diferentes actividades como la Summer School \u201cDiagn\u00f3stico y Prevenci\u00f3n del Acoso Laboral (Mobbing)\u201d en septiembre de 2007 o la publicaci\u00f3n de diversos manuales orientados a la implementaci\u00f3n de medidas preventivas, que han desembocado en el reconocimiento de esta l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n por parte de la Consejer\u00eda de Empleo de la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda en enero de 2008 con la distinci\u00f3n del Premio a la Innovaci\u00f3n e Investigaci\u00f3n en materia de riesgos psicosociales.<\/p><p>Asimismo, ha dirigido dos tesis doctorales dentro de esta l\u00ednea, la primera de ellas fruto de un Proyecto de Excelencia financiado por la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad y Salud Laboral de la Consejer\u00eda de Empleo de la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda y que ha recibido el I Premio C\u00e1tedra de Prevenci\u00f3n de Riesgos Laborales de la Universidad de Sevilla y uno de los art\u00edculos derivados de la misma ha sido premiado con el primer premio a la mejor comunicaci\u00f3n por el Dispute Resolution Research Centre (Universidad Northwetern, EE.UU.).<\/p><p>La segunda tesis, vinculada a una beca de formaci\u00f3n del profesorado del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n, Cultura y Deporte, ha sido galardonada con el Premio Extraordinario de Doctorado de la Universidad de Sevilla (Rama Ciencias Sociales y Jur\u00eddicas) para el curso 2014-2015.<\/p><p>Ha dirigido, adem\u00e1s, una tesis en co-tutela con la Universidad de Lovaina (B\u00e9lgica) dentro de la l\u00ednea de conflicto y negociaci\u00f3n.
