Cuenta con una importante producci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica que se pone de manifiesto en sus publicaciones y en su labor editora (p.e. de la serie internacional de Springer \u201cIndustrial Relations &amp; Conflict Management\u201d). Su labor ha sido reconocida con seis tramos de investigaci\u00f3n y uno de transferencia y tambi\u00e9n con diversos premios y reconocimientos.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">En sus cuatro d\u00e9cadas de actividad acad\u00e9mica, destaca su labor como Vicerrectora de Relaciones Internacionales y Decana de la Facultad de Psicolog\u00eda de la Universidad de Sevilla. Ha sido directora del Colegio Doctoral Tordesillas, coordinadora de la Agencia Nacional de Evaluaci\u00f3n y Prospectiva para el \u00e1rea de Psicolog\u00eda (ANEP), y coordinadora de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaci\u00f3n (AEI) (Subdivisi\u00f3n de Coordinaci\u00f3n y Evaluaci\u00f3n de Psicolog\u00eda).<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Cuenta con una amplia actividad en el \u00e1mbito cient\u00edfico-asociativo internacional habiendo formado parte de los Comit\u00e9s Ejecutivos de la International Association for Conflict Mnagement (IACM), la European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP); la International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP), y del Comit\u00e9 Europeo del Certificado EuroPsy en WOP de la EFPA.
