This will be achieved through the design and evaluation of compatible, non-invasive, and complementary solutions applied to the fa\u00e7ades of these buildings in a single intervention, with minimal cost increase.\u00a0 These specific solutions will be quantified by an index that will assess the cost, environmental impact, improvement in energy efficiency, and enhancement of seismic performance. This index will also allow for a relative weighting of each aspect analysed. The neighbourhood of \u00abEl Plantinar\u00bb in Seville has been selected for detailed study.
