La ecuaci\u00f3n que describe esta conversi\u00f3n puede escribirse como:<\/p>\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.codecogs.com\/eqnedit.php?latex=L(0.53%C)+\\delta(0.009%C)\\overset{1495}{\\rightarrow}\\gamma(0.009%C)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"L(0.53%C)+\\delta(0.009%C)\\overset{1495}{\\rightarrow}\\gamma(0.009%C)\" src=\"https:\/\/latex.codecogs.com\/gif.latex?L(0.53%C)+\\delta(0.009%C)\\overset{1495}{\\rightarrow}\\gamma(0.009%C)\" \/><\/a><\/center>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La transformaci\u00f3n eut\u00e9ctica se da para aleaciones con contenidos de carbono superiores al 2.11%, y como un acero es, por definici\u00f3n, una aleaci\u00f3n f\u00e9rrea con menos del 2.11% C, la transformaci\u00f3n eut\u00e9ctica no tiene inter\u00e9s para el estudio de los aceros (aunque s\u00ed para las llamadas <em>fundiciones blancas<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo, a 727\u00a0\u00baC, austenita del 0.77% C se convierte en un agregado de ferrita del 0.022% C y de cementita.
