Doctor en Bellas Artes con menci\u00f3n internacional por la Universidad de Sevilla, imparte docencia en el M\u00e1ster (MUCBIC) y grado de conservaci\u00f3n y restauraci\u00f3n de bienes culturales, del cual es coordinador acad\u00e9mico desde julio de 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Especializado en el tratamiento de obras en madera policromada, ha disfrutado de una Estancia de Investigaci\u00f3n en el \u00c1rea de Conservaci\u00f3n Preventiva del Instituto Andaluz del Patrimonio Hist\u00f3rico (I.A.P.H.), con quienes ha colaborado en algunos proyectos, as\u00ed como en el Istituto Superiore per la Conservazione ed il Restauro de Roma (I.S.C.R.) durante cuyo per\u00edodo fue beneficiario de una residencia como investigador en la Real Academia de Espa\u00f1a en Roma. Tambi\u00e9n es egresado del M\u00e1ster en \u00abArquitectura y Patrimonio Hist\u00f3rico\u00bb de la Escuela Superior de Arquitectura de Sevilla, por cuyo expediente fue galardonado con el premio extraordinario Fin de estudios.<\/p>\n<p>Con un amplio bagaje profesional previo a su incorporaci\u00f3n como docente, el retablo y su conservaci\u00f3n es su principal l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n, de los que ha redactado el proyecto y dirigido la intervenci\u00f3n en casi una treintena de obras.
