El proceso reviste la singularidad respecto a la gasificaci\u00f3n convencional con aire y vapor de que se puede optimizar la composici\u00f3n de agente fluidizante (relaci\u00f3n CO<sub>2<\/sub>\/O<sub>2<\/sub>) y con ello la temperatura del gasificador. El ser\u00e1 ejecutado en tres fases en la \u201cCiudad de la Energ\u00eda\u201d (CIUDEN) (Ponferrada, Le\u00f3n). Durante la primera fase se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el dise\u00f1o y la construcci\u00f3n de la isla de gasificaci\u00f3n para su funcionamiento aut\u00f3nomo. En fases posteriores se acoplar\u00e1 el gasificador a la caldera de oxicombusti\u00f3n y dise\u00f1ar\u00e1 y construir\u00e1 un sistema de limpieza del gas para alimentar a un motor de
