The Nonlinear Functional Analysis Group (FQM-125-PAI) of the University of Seville is organizing a Workshop in Fixed Point Theory to be held in Aracena (Huelva) from January 27 to January 30, 2011.

The aim of this Workshop is to gather together both Spanish and non-Spanish mathematicians with interest in recent advances in Metric Fixed Point Theory and its Applications to different areas of mathematics as well as other sciences. We make a special focus on PhD students and young researchers to present their own works to more senior researchers, providing them the opportunity to discuss with these more advanced researchers.
